What is Kaffir lime leaves or peels (Ma-krod leaves or peels) and How to use Them.

The leaf look like any citrus leaf, but it has two connecting leaves. Many recipes calls for its leaves. If the leaf is used whole, in soup, most people do not eat the leaf itself. The only time the leaf is eaten is when it sliced very thin for recipes. They make you enjoy for good smell with Curry or any kind of Thai Food.

But if you have Dried kaffir lime leaves or peels before use should soak in water for 5-10 mins.
